What to include in a support request
To help troubleshoot faster, include:
- Your device model
- iOS version
- App version
- A short description of the issue
- The steps that led to the problem
- Screenshots or screen recordings if available
Common questions
- Does Fit On Time require an account?
- No. The app's core workout pacing features are available without creating an account.
- Where is my workout data stored?
- Fit On Time is designed as a local-first app. Your routines, settings, and session history are stored locally on your device.
- Does Fit On Time track my location or sell my data?
- At the time of writing, Fit On Time does not use its core workflow to track your location, sell your personal information, or build an advertising profile from your workout data.
- Why did a short workout not appear in my stats?
- Very short manual exits are treated differently from completed workout sessions. This helps keep session statistics more accurate and prevents incomplete workouts from distorting streaks and summary data.
- Can I use the app without sound or vibration?
- Yes. Sound and vibration can be turned on or off in Settings.
- Does the screen stay awake during a workout?
- Yes. During an active workout, Fit On Time keeps the screen awake automatically so the timer remains visible while you use the app.
Bug reports
If you are reporting a bug, please try to include:
- What you were doing in the app when the issue occurred — for example, running a workout, editing a routine, or reviewing stats
- Whether the issue happened during prep, work, rest, pause, resume, skip, or completion
- Whether sound or vibration was enabled
- Whether the issue happened once or repeatedly
